I am in the market for new tires. Has anyone had experience with a dealer in Yuma, AZ or the San Diego area?

Friend Im in Yuma all winter, I had several tire Quots in Yuma but never had Rig tire replacment here, but I had the best Quote at Percell. Google them and they can give you a price. Having a tire failure last summer in Texas Coach Net sent out a Goodyear tire truck with a replacment tire. The failure occured on our Driver Rear so I opted to have both tires replaced then. Now I plan on haveing the reat of them four replaced with the same tires. Ed Whitehead in town was higher. Fellow CC"ers say a tire shop in Pheonix has better prices. Perhapps he will chime in. I have a slow leak on one tire now so I opted to have the tires replaced in Yuma. Yuma has a high sales tax but work with them and they can adj. the Quote. I will post my final outcome when I get them replaced. Ken 99 Allure 30356

When I checked for tires last spring, Parkhouse Tires in Escondido and Pete's tire had the best prices and very fresh tires. The ones I bought were 3 weeks old, the price was right, and they did a good job.

I used Parkhouse.

I used Parkhouse Tires in the Santa Ana area and they did an awesome job for me, professional, courteous, and did a good job.
I know thats not in the area you need, but maybe all of the Parkhouse Tires do just as well as the one I dealt with...... and also, California Coach Company, the company I purchased my CC from, referred me to Parkhouse - so thats a good referral too.... jan

Add me to the list of Parhouse Tires fans. Excellent service. I was on my way to their location in Thousand Palms, CA to have 6 new tires installed when I had a front tire blow out about a half mile away. They immediately sent a truck out removed the blown tire, replaced it at their shop, drove back and installed it. I then drove to the shop and had the other 5 tires installed.......No additional charge! The manufactured date on the Firestone tires was just about four weeks prior to delivery and they had the best price. Next week they will inspect, air up and re-torque all at no charge. All that and they are also nice folks to deal with. Needless to say. they will get all my future tire business.

I be a happy Parkhouse tie fan too. They put 8 new shoes on our coach, installed the Centramatics I had purchased too. I don't know if it was needed, as the installer seemed to be a 'stand up guy' - but I tipped him 50% up front, with assurances of double the amount, if he took extra care to center the tire on the rim. (He did, calling me over to look at each tire as he measured in four locations with a pocket ruler.
The Manager was great too, as he only blinked once, when I told him that one of the 8 tires they had was too old of a date code for me (5 months old). I told him going in, that 3 months or less was required to get my purchase. He ordered in 8 tires at the same time (12R'S), and they were all within 4 weeks of each other, with the oldest just under the 3 month age.
Have not had to go back, other then to re-torque the lugs after 100 miles - but have sent many people to the Park House Tires in San Diego.

Best,
Smitty
