I had a problem with the Kitchen/Sofa slide starting and stopping in its movement while extending or retracting even though I could hear the pump continuously run. Thought it was possible air that HWH got into the lines while fixing a fitting over the propane tank.
"R Mechanic" Livermore CA said one cause of the problem might be the slide extent/retract rocker switch on the room extension dash panel.
They have seen it frequent enough to carry extra switches in stock.
Turn out that they were right. Replacing the switch first (before doing other work) fixed the problem. An ohm meter show intermitent resistive measurements between one set of contacts on the double- pole double-throw switch - depending on a very very slight twisting torque on one of the wire lugs on the switch as I played with it.
Wiring diagram confirms that one pole controls the pump and the other pole (the failing one) activates the valves.
