I called the Tuscon Police Dept. and they said this is true. These two campers are missing, maybe in the Tuscon area.

This follows our telephone conversation today concerning the "Missing Persons" status of Alvin R. Kemmet and Gertrude H. Reed who were traveling

together in a 39' Fleetwood Providence Motorhome from New Port Richey,

Florida, on May 8, 2004...and believed to have arrived in the Tuscon, AZ

area on May 12, 2004, to do some "nugget" hunting.

On May 11, 2004, at 11:22pm (Florida Time) AL Kemmet sent an email stating

..."Stayed in EL PASO, TX tonight and will be in Tuscon, AZ tomorrow........adios".

On May 13, 2004, from 12:29am to 12:39am, AL Kemmet forwarded on 4 email

jokes, but no 'update' on his trip (assumed he was in Tuscon area then).

On May 16, 2004, records show that an attempt was made to access AL's email

site via his Verizon Cell Phone...but disconnected 8 seconds later.

Since May 13th...NO FURTHER WORD OR CONNECTION HAS BEEN MADE AS TO AL &

GERTRUDE'S WHEREABOUTS.

On Thursday May 20th...A "Missing Persons Report" was formally filed with

the Colorado State Trooper's office by AL's son, Al Kemmet Jr. (Al Kemmet

Jr. is in the military on a base in Colorado)...and a BOLO (Be On the LookOut) for Al Kemmet was sent out to the western part of the U.S.
Also, a

notice was entered into the NCIC data base.

A Detective at the Tuscon AZ Police Department is now investigating...under

Case# 0405231049...Phone# (520) 791-5059.

The Missing Motorhome Particulars are:

& Lt. Brown) in Color (Freightliner Chassis)

entire front end (except the headlights).
