CC Pre-rally and FMCA, again

To expand on my previous post about this subject a couple weeks ago or so, I found the tour (description in "Destinations") planned for travel between the CC re-rally and FMCA rally.

Question is: Does one make your own CG reservations (in advance) along the route, or do you advance pay for these when you "sign-up" in Eugene to go on the tour?

Does "everyone" from the tour folks to others not touring, meet at some randevous point to travel into the FMCA together?

I have spoken with the club sereral times about this rally (not really a rally) and I still don't understand what is going on. My latest understanding is that CCI has made arrangements for 50 or so coaches to go to some tractor musium and use their field with electric for 4 or 5 days between the CC rally and FMCA. We signed up for this several months ago and last week the girl who handles the club said they had made reservations for us and she would call in the next 3 weeks with the details. This thing is very loose but if you wait until the Class Reunion to sign up it will be to late.
