Well, I guess it is over. The Class Reunion was a wonderful experience.
Lots of knowledge shared, lots of good food, lots of fun with friends.
They reported at dinner tonight that 47 new coaches were sold at the rally!!!

You forgot to mention that the club raised $15,000 for DOG for the Deaf at the rally.
CCI gave a $4000 wheel spin and CC club members purchased covered wagons signed by Bob Lee at an auction. Some of the wagons went for as much as $2000 and the average price was $100. There was also a raffle for a very nice bronze schupture which was donated to raise money for a dog. The entertainment was great and the food just OK, I guess. The service crew worked hard to get us all fixed up and the CCI sales team could not be happier. A great tribute to the product they are turning out.
We are still at the factory getting some bugs worked out on our 05 Mag but thats to be expected. Things are much better here this week then the week before the rally.

Hi everyone

Well this rally is now over and we are resting at the Blue Ox campground next to the Fair grounds. Sorry we missed the Yahoo group meeting on Sunday but we had a lot to do and not enough time to do it. However I will tell everyone that this rally went very well. We got all our service work done and the rafle netted $32 K plus for the Childrens Mircle Network. On Monday we go down to Guarantee in JC where CC will do a little painting on our slide trim where we have electrolis. On tuesday we will go to Les Swab where we will be taking off our 3 year old front Toyos and buying (2) 315 Michelins. Jon with LS said because of our side edge wear we only hade a year left on the Toyos so we decided to replace them now. Toyo is not going to do anything for us because they claim the problem is with the application and not the tire. They are also selling everything they make and don't need our business. So we will pay $1200 to LS for some piece of mind and get 2 front tires that are made for RVs and which have a 75mph rating. We could wait another year but then we might trade and the new owner would have all the pleasure of the better ride.
As a side note, while working the parking at the rally I noticed that the new Goodyears were also starting to wear on the edge like the Toyos. Jon confirmed that LS is starting to see this wear also. He also said that the Michilens in the 315 size are also in short supply.
During the Rally CC found the leak in our dash air system, replaced a hose, secured it to the coach wall and recharged the AC system. Hopefully that ends our problems with the new radiator installation. We also got our sound system programed correctly, had a bathroom blind replaced for $21, had our backup beeper replaced for $24, purchased an engine air filter for $68. and had our screen door repaired. We had Blue Ox check our tow car hookup and purchased a great shower head from a vendor. I highly recommend this type of shower head which increases water pressure by pulling air into the nozzle.
After we finish in JC next week we will head for Salem for a few days then FMCA in Redmond. If you see us up there say hi, we have quite a few CCers going to FMCA. We hope to see everyone in Tuscon next Feb. Don't wait till the last minute to sign up, we already have 175 registered and we only have 350 campsites all with full hookups.
There were 22 coaches sold at the rally and most of the sales people were very pleased considering that industry sales are down right now. For anyone with an 07 engine remember that if you go into Mexico you need to avoid buying fuel there. They will not have the new fuel for about 5 years and CAT is saying one tank could give the new engine some problems.

Take care everyone and drive safely, Bill G 2005 Magna #6425.

Last year the CC Class Reunion in Albany, Oregon was, without a doubt, the best rally we have ever attended!

The Albany facility is fantastic for a rally, the food was far and away the best rally food ever, and the fun, entertainment and instructive classes were all top notch. And the joy of seeing so many of your RVing friends after a summer's hiatus makes it even better.
This is one rally we would definitely travel a distance to attend, and I urge everyone (even if you're not "rally people" because we really aren't) to call Country Coach today and register if you've not already done so.

Do not miss the Class Reunion. If you do, you are missing out on one of the genuine joys of owning your fantastic coach.

Jerry,

My wife and I are considering attending our very first Country Coach Class Reunion. We understand there are numerous vendors offering informative seminars, lots of camaraderie, and we would both love to meet the founder of Country Coach, Mr. Bob Lee. Good to know there is still room, will find out this week!

Hi Mickey

I'm virtually certain Mr. Bob Lee and his delightful wife Terry will be attending the Country Coach Class Reunion and Mr. Lee is always receptive to conversation with Country Coach owners.
Last year, Bob gave a delightful (standing room only!) talk about the history of Country Coach and his vision for the company in the future. The talk left little doubt why he is so successful in the RV world he helped create.

I'm certain you know the Country Coach Service Team is present at the rally and attends to service needs of attendees. This is a great way to have experts in the field take care of any problems you might be having.

Once again, I urge you to attend. Once you do, you'll never miss another one. And I hope you'll look me up when you're there. I like to meet you.

I've heard from a reliable source that Mr. Lee will not be attending the CCI Class Reunion.
Would it have anything to do with a considerable number of quality CC Techs going to work at Mr. Lee's new venture, Oregon Coach Works?? LeeCasebeer

Bob Lee is scheduled to take a group of motorcycle owners on a ride on one of the days. He has a brand new custom Harley "Trike" that he is currently riding. For this reason, I believe that he will attend, at least at some point.
