Long term stay question

This is the first time we are planning a long stay (1 month) in the same place since we started full-timing in July. We are not storing our MH, we are living in it during this time. I was wondering if the chassis battery gets trickle charged from the shore power or do I have to start it up once in a while so there won't be any surprises when we are ready to leave? Also, are there any other considerations for stays of this length? Thanks for sharing.
I don't recall if we introduced ourselves when we first started making use of this great resource. We are a family of four, Tony, Mona, Zak aged 9 and Ally aged 6. We sold our house in Phoenix, AZ, bought our Inspire and should have the resources to stay out full timing for about 3 years. If there are any other families monitoring this group, we would love to hear from you off line.
