Good Sam - Continued Service Plan

Has anyone responded to the recent Good Sam sales information on the Continued Service Plan - which appears to be an extended warrantee?
On the surface it seems pretty good. Don't know the cost yet, but an interested in exploring it before picking up our new Magna.
