Warranty service - Buddy Greg

I have been reading your posts about Buddy Greg and their decision to refuse warranty work on coaches not purchased from them. Everyone has their opinion. Everyone can probably see Buddy Greg's position is taking care of their customers, but with little regard for other Country Coach owners. At least they say they would handle emergencies. That still doesn't give me a good feeling about their company. Their attitude to me is very unprofessional, and will eventually cost them business. Does this also reflect the attitude they take in other aspects of their business. The old attitude of "if I didn't make any money off you, I don't want to hear from you" is not the attitude of a top notch company who makes a business decision to do warranty work. After all, no one forces a company to become a warranty station. The purpose of signing up to be a warranty station to ulltimately increase their sales.
I have owned a company for twenty years and do warranty work for six or seven different manufacturers. All are the same.
Warranty all products no matter where purchased, or stop being a warranty station. I've never heard of a warranty station that picks and chooses. I'm sure Buddy greg doesn't do warranty work for free.
If all dealers take this attitude the warranty provisions established by Country Coach would be in shambles. Country Coach could easily settle this if they chose to do so. Country Coach could advise Buddy greg to warranty all Country Coach customers or no longer be a warranty station. Country Coach cannot tell Buddy Greg how to do business, but they can decide who are warranty dealers. Country Coach should take a stand, but will they risk loosing a big dealer. I believe they should. Buddy greg's position could be followed by other dealers. If other dealers follow Buddy Greg's lead Country Coach in effect looses their national warranty.
In my opinion this could hurt Country Coach's business. What do they then say "your warranty is now only good for one year, and now also only good at where you puchased your coach." Other manufacturers would have a field day. I can see a time when everyone has to drive home, no matter how far, to get work done.
Just a side note: when I was shopping for my Allure I called Buddy Greg on two different occasions, and requested a salesman call me back. I'm still waiting.

Had Warranty work done at Buddy Gregg Knoxville and they were very helpful. Bought coach at Lazy Days. Also had great service at Buddy Gregg in Dallas.
