Evergreen RV Center?

Yahoo Message Number: 12581
Has anyone had occasion to use Evergreen RV Center, New Braunsfel, TX and would you recommend them? We are heading toward that area and have some service items that need attention. This is supposed to be a CC approved Service Center.

Also, as a fall back will check out Protec (sp?), a RV repair shop in Sequin, TX. Any info/comments on this place? Thanks in advance.

When Buddy Gregg sold his operation in Dallas and the service went south-- Idid as well and went a couple of times to Pro Tech in Segiune (sp?). Received excellent service from them each time.
However when Buddy bought back the Dallas center I went back to Dallas.

I have heard from several that Evergreen in New Braunfels was an excellent service center.

Don't know either but I used:

a few years ago. He did a good job on a CC warrantee item for me. He might still be in business.

We winter in San Antonio and I agree with Egon regarding good service at both Pro Tech and Evergreen. Pro Tech is a service only business and Evergreen is a Country Coach dealer.

Yes, we've used Evergreen and found their service excellent. One thing to know...they don't have the ability to let you stay overnight (legal restrictions on them), so you can stay at River Ranch RV park which is nearby and very good along the Guadalupe River. Nice, open spaces. Easy drive (5 minutes) to Evergreen from there.

Hi Sukie,

I bought my coach from Evergreen. It was the first CC they sold! The service on this coach and my previous (SOB) coach has been excellent. I highly recommend them.

We have used ProTech a couple of times, and have been very satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

Thanks to all for the responses to services in central TX.
We are presently in Pro-Tech in Seguin, TX. Nice little town and Pro-Tech seems to fit us and know what they are doing. We plan on checking our Evergreen later this week for future reference but as one poster said there is a long wait for appointment.
