Outstanding Service

Just for what it's worth, use this as you see fit.

I recently had service performed at 3 Eugene, Or. area shops, Carrier & Son's: very good, a well run shop, all my work done on schedule and done well. The Tech had time to talk to me about options and seemed to be very knowledgable about my coach and it's systems.
Teresa, the BOSS, runs a very smooth operation and is very helpful, and has most information or sources at her finger tips. She sure makes it look easy.

Peterson Machinery: [Cat service]outstanding help on updating Cat software and taking care of cold water leak on engine. They spent many man hours on my rig, and the charge was for one hour labor. They have a 'Rapid response tech' on staff that works with the CC and Monaco factory so he was very helpful dealing with my coach.

Pacific Detroit Diesel-Allison: again very good service and lots of tech help for an odd problem. Gary Adams [many here may have attended one of Gary's seminars at a rally] worked very hard to get to the bottom of a difficult computer problem caused by the Cat software update. They smoothed out the shift points on my Allison and the charge was one hour labor.

I think that with so many dealers and shops with marginal service and near worthless desire to give anything close to customer service out there, it would be nice to shed some light on a few folks that really do care and really do know there business.

I was not paid by any of these Companies for my comments, I did however have some free candy at Carrier. Allison and Peterson's bought me off with a free cup of 'good' coffee while I waited.
