Looking For Advice

I've had my 2000 Country Coach Allure, 40 ft LaPine, up for sale now for several months and can't figure out why we are not getting more inquiries. It has been listed in several large distribution RV magazines (SKP's and FMCA), several RV web sites (www.rvsearch.com and www.dieselpusher.com) as well as several campground bulletin boards and on the front of the coach. I've got extended warranties on the refrigerator and both AC/Heat Pumps, new 8D batteries and the coach is in just plain good condition. It is a late year 2000 with many of the 2001 changes included. I'm told that it is very well priced at about $15,000 below average NADA and that it presents very well by the two couple that looked at it. Unfortunately, one couple decided on a SOB and the other had medical problems to consider. Other then that, nothing but a few tire kickers who would rather buy from a dealer and just want to know if I like mine. We are located in Bushnell, FL and are looking to get off the road.
