HOLLAND MOTORS SAN DIEGO OR TEMECULA RV

Yahoo Message Number: 13370
We are currently located in Hemet, CA, for the winter and need to have some warranty work done on our coach. We are trying to make a decision whether to have the work done at Holland Motors in San Diego or Temecula RV. Has anyone had any work done at either of these two facilities? We would appreciate any recommendations or comments about the service and the work performed at either of these businesses.

Thank you for any suggestions or help you can provide.

Hi Tom and Bobbie,

Consider NRV in Perris - they are the parent company of Country Coach.

I am new to the area and I guess it depends on what work you want done.
I have used the Colton Truck Garage in Colton for routine service work and they are rated highly. I try to stay away from RV dealer service depts if I can help it. Mike 2000 Allure #30493 98 CRV

Dear Tom and Bobbie,
We live just 17 miles from Temecula RV and have had very good results from their service. Don't waste your time going to Perris as they will not work on CC. They told me that their techs are not trained to work on them. Go figure? You might call, though, to see if they have changed their opinion. We have had excellent work done as well at Holland Motors, but it is a longer drive. Since you sound like you are living in your CC, talk to Mike or Eric at Temecula RV for an appointment and tell them that if you have to stay over night to complete the work, you will need hook-ups. They can furnish water and 30 amp electricity, also have a dump station.

I purchased my coach at Holland Motors in San Diego and they have done work on it. I would strongly recomend them to anyone. They have a great facility and great people. They can provide overnight camping spots with electric hookups. I don't know about the Temecula RV place but I would recomend not going to National RV, even if the will work on your coach. My brother-in-law has a Traidwinds, built in Paris, CA and they can't even fix it right. Good luck where ever you go. Say hello to the folks at Holland for me (especialy Austin) if you decide to go there.

Holland won't find room for you very easily unless you purchased a coach from them. They do have folks who do good jobs on them "when they can fit you in" however.

McMahon's RV in Orange County (Irvine) has had good comments made about them and are now a CC facility. We plan to try them next when we're in that area. If you want to head east, we've had good service at Mike Eidsmoe's in El Cajon on our Intrigue.

Don't use National...even a CC person told us not to do that.
