I just received my "Charter Member" info from Motorhome America. I understand this is a direct competitor to FMCA. Has anyone joined this organization, or is familiar with it???

Glen,

I think I am in agreement with you unless I get some other input. I think this maybe headed for the circular file.

Thanks,
Fred

We're at the Voyager on Kolb Rd. in Tucson and I believe that Motorhome America was having a rally here when we arrived but all the coaches were Prevosts, a few Newells and very few others.....They were having a marvelous time, maybe 50 coaches....but didn't get a chance to talk to them as they were too busy going places on tour buses. Just looked at the propaganda, can't see any use for it especially for the price "of about $16 per month". Some of the stuff offered you can get for free anyway such as travelers checks, trip planning.
Shoot, if you can't plan your own trip why go?

Thank you for all the responses on Motorhome America. I do not own a Prevost, Newell or even a Barth. Instead of taking a "Barth", Motorhome America just went into the circular file. I think I can spend $200 someplace else. But I am a little disappointed on missing out on my "low" plate number somewhere around 15,000; or maybe 150,000.

It has been discussed on CIS RV forum. It is from Affinity group ( Sams club, Camping World, etc). We think you would be innundated by junk mail and offered little of real value.
