Back up camera, again

We have the Pioneer navigation system with the back up camera integrated. The back up camera quit working. Any ideas?

I'm a new user to this site, so hope this message goes through. Push in the round knob on the right side of your Pioneer unit (opposite the volume control switch, the one that you can use to change channels). It will bring up a utility screen. You will have several choices to select one. Look for the back-up camera among the choices.
It may be under the heading "aux". I'm not in my coach now and I can't remember exactly which one. If you have problems, feel free to call me at 865-621-8551. Skip
