Keeping "slide" in your slides

Thanks to all for responses. To the question what did Motor Home mag recommend: Protect-all's slide out dry lube and Thetford's rubber seal conditioner.

However, a responce said HWH recommended NO lubeing of slide mechanisms and there was no consensus on the seals.
