Sounds like the coils are dead, probably from a micro bit of rust in one of the orifices that change the chemical from gas to vapor. New coils or re-conditioned coils are expensive, large, and heavy and are the entire back side of the refrigerator. Tech took about 10 hours and said that he would not do another one.
