Rosen Sun Visor Replacement

We have the airplane and RV style plastic Rosen Manufacturing sun visors in our coach. I guess Rosen is out of business in Eugene.

We seem to break the visor panels when trying to use them.

Can anyone suggest a good replacement for these visors?

Dean: I went to a local Acrylic or Plastic store and had them cut a couple of new ones for me. They also sold me a plastic drill bit to drill the mounting holes.
It's not plastic, but has a special point in it for drilling plastic products.
I have since replaced them with Carefree power shades, but for a couple of years I used the replacement ones. They worked just dandy! Larry

Innovative action on the local store idea. Thanks for the idea. Now that you have converted to the drop down shades, how effective are they? It would seem they are great for direct ahead sun block, but some I have seen in coaches similar to mine would leave the left side of the windshield unprotected and with no adjustment possible.

Although not in Eugene, the phone number on my visor allowed me to buy replacement visors at $40 each. I am still looking for a better solution. Perhaps the power shades by Carefree?

Dean: I find the power shades much more effective because they cover a larger area. They leave some unprotected areas on the sides, but the acrylic ones didn't cover it all either.
