Fan-tastic Company

Had one of my two fans go bad & quit working. Did some preliminary troubleshooting to see where I had power & where I didn't. Called the company for tech support. In less than five minutes "Rodney" had my address and stated the necessary parts to get my fan working again would be in the mail today. This is very impressive customer service--especially considering my coach is a '98.

And double especially so 'cause the warranty actually only covers the lid!!!
