Electricity vs Propane

Given typical electrical rates (assume around 9 cents per kwh) and propane costs ($2.80/gal delivered):

1. Would you run your refrig on propane or electricity?
2. Would you run your water heater on propane or electricity (except while taking showers I turn both on)?
3. Propane furnace or electric heater (ignoring noise of forced air
furnace).
