Problem With Galley Slide V Center Support Rail

Looking for information on v shaped rail on the under side of my galley slide?

The rail is galling on the flat edges of the V, and looks rough as though it is rubbing metal to metal while sliding in and out. I have not taken things apart yet to look at what it rides on, be it a roller or just a skid of some sort. Has anyone had problems with this kind of thing?
