Digest Number 1909 - Coach burglaries

Hi:

If you have an alarm installed at the factory you can turn on the interior sensor when you leave. At least if someone does crawl in a window it will set off the alarm. The alarm going off is usually enough to scare the bad guys off. I have talked to some CC owners that did not realize they had an interior sensor or any idea how to turn it on. I did not realize I had an interior sensor when I first purchased my coach. Obviously, you do not want the sensor on when you are in the coach.

Where do you turn yours on? My '04 Magna may have one also, I'm not sure. I have an electronic remote door lock - I wonder if this sets the alarm when I use it to lock the door?

Re: [Country-Coach-Owners] Re: Digest Number 1909 - Coach burglaries Our Allure came with a door alarm but we have an internal alarm too? I'd better find out for we set the alarm when we leave, but now we'll be traveling with an old dog and young kitty. I'm sure they'd set it off in a hurry! --
