Sealing sewer hose hole

We keep a roll of duct tape on hand for this. Just tear a few pieces off and overlap to cover the hole and seal around the hose to keep out critters but also use it to keep out the cold. We are presently in Santa Fe, NM and the other nite temps were in the teens. The tape keeps the cold out of the bay so the heater can warm the bays.
