The slides are usually bolted to the mechanism. I had a similar problem with my bedroom slide. The repair was easy. We took the mattress off of the bed and re-bolted the foot of the bed to the mechanism with lock nuts. Repaired and no further problems.
It might be a loose nut. Call CC Tech. If the problem is similar, it may be a little more complicated. Then again...may be totally different.
Just a thought. It was stressful to say the least when my bed started to move toward the ceiling.
