36' Intrigue for sale

Hi, if you all have any interest... I am looking to move up, I am located in Miami, Fla., used retail is 145k as equipped, i'm asking 129k, I have a TON more $$$ than that into it.... If I sell it, fine, if I don't, that's fine too, it's a great coach.

I have a 2000 CC INTRIGUE 36' for sale, Millenium Special Edition, I am the second owner, but the first owner was a Doctor who kept it excellent and used it VERY little, I keep it better than that, stored indoors in an enclosed warehouse at my office, professionally waxed, and detailed every 3 months, washed during, and after, every trip. Bought new and serviced at Buddy Gregg in Knoxville. Washer and dryer, Splendide, was never used until I bought it in 11/04, neither was the microwave, 2 burner gas stove has never been used by either owner to my knowledge... I just last month completely bumper to bumper serviced this coach... no squeaks, no rattles, no leaks, never pets, never smoked in, never full time used... nothing is needed, turn key and go anywhere, if your a SERIOUS 36' CC buyer, this is your coach, no tire kickers PLEASE, if your not serious, please don't waste our time... very conveniently located for inspection, I can possibly help with some delivery mileage.
I am basically a perfectionist, everybody that knows me calls me Mr. Picky, even my employee's... I've been in/around the diesel business for 35 years, and this coach reflects that care in maintenance...

Anyone thinking about a short Inspire should buy this coach. If they can live with just one slide. Make sure the coach has had the ride height valves moved with two in back and one in front. I have had two coaches with walnut. As they get older they get lighter with a touch of red. Not like cherry which gets darker and darker. Have you got 12r's or 275R70. If the later be prepared to buy 275R80's. They will make all the difference in ride and rear sway. The secret to 36 Allures and Intrigues handling and steering with no tag is to get as much weight foreword as you can and change tires......That's my opinion. 98 Allure 30255, now 2004 Intrigue 11731 42'. TWI. You may want to change your Tv and Stereo. But you'll have a great coach.

Thanks to all who responded, my coach sold in 5 days, to the first inspector. That's testament to a good product IMO.
