07 Magna- Factory Delivery vs. Dealer

Can anyone with legal knowledge tell us if the following is true?
On delivery of a new coach, once the yet-to-be-owner drives the vehicle, they have presumptively taken ownership..... whether they have signed the papers or not. So if you, after test driving, find anything wrong with coach and try to refuse delivery, you cannot do so. Same goes for repairs ????

Ownership changes hands at the time of signing the paperwork and the money changes hands. You are really buying the title and get the Motorhome for free. A test drive does not constitute change of ownership.

I am a vehicle dealer and am fairly familiar with the laws.
I cannot believe a dealership would try that, if you are so inclined pleae tell me more, maybe I can offer some more information
