CC Rally - First Time

Yahoo Message Number: 30250
We are going to the rally this year. We have had the coach about a year and this will be our first rally. My understanding is that the rally runs from Saturday July 28 and ends on August 1. What time does the rally start on Saturday. Can we come in on Friday night? I plan on traveling on Friday to get there and need to know if I need to find a place to stay Friday night. Same questions for when the rally ends.
Do you leave Wednesday night or Thursday morning? Any other hints would be good.

Thanks

When you register and pays your money you go on the list. The sooner the better for the earlier you sign up the earlier your arrival time. If you want to volunteer for one of the comittee's you can come even earlier and get a closer prime parking place, We are going to be in Albany this year instead of Eugene. As I remember from attending the Western FMCA rally there last year. There is a nice RV park about a half a mile away if you want full hook ups. But there is more convient parking and much larger display facilities in Albany as I remember. We always stay for the last nights festivities and move to a camp gound to recover for a few days before heading down the road. This year we have an appointment with Daviws cabinets to replace some fixed shelves with pull out shelves after the rally so will be sticking around for a while extra. I always have a service appointment around rally time at the factory and have Les Schwab check the tires and batteries while in Junction City. So it works out to be about a month of adventure and fun in the Willamette Valley with some time always spent on the coast. We have some very favorite restorants and beaches we like to visit. We may take a tour of Tillamook this year as there cheese offerings at home are becomming quite limited..
TWI 2004 Intrigue 11731. Wish I had a 600 hallon fuel tank with $2.19 diesel in it, looks like fuel is going to be high this year.
