Any problems w/retrofit?

Yahoo Message Number: 1923
Just wondering if anyone else experienced problems with the air system

control valve retrofit that was done on 95-99 Allures & Intrigues? Mine was misplumbed which caused problems in the "travel" mode. It would level in a sitting situation, although very slowly. I discovered the problem when I couldn't adjust the ride height to the proper height. The left control valve was plumbed to the right airbag

& the right control valve was plumbed to the left airbag. Both CC & HWH believed that it should work that way. When I couldn't fix it with their suggestions I replumbed the contol valves to the corresponding side & immediately I was able to adjust the ride height to the CC recommendation and the coach now rides like I expected it to

ride. It now levels very quickly. Another problem that one must make

sure is done correctly is that the horizonal control valve linkage must not go over 180 degrees when the coach air is either dumped or coach is raised. This problem occurs when the horizontal rod is adjusted too short so as to miss the airbag. I do want to say that the tech support provided by

CC & HWH was excellent although neither identified the problem.
New to your board but looks like a good resource for some good info!

Hope this helps someone...........Steve/Intrigue 10673
