From what I am told by the original owner of my 2000 Allure, he had the same problem. Apparently the original door was aluminum skin over steel fram which are dissimilar metals and corrosion in the aluminum is what was causing the paint to buble up. If you pick at one of the paint blisters, you will probably find a white power.
That is corrosion in the door skin. This happened about 12-14 months after delivery and Country Coach either replaced the door with one havine a fiberglass skin. When I too the dead bolt out to have it rekeyed after I purchased it, the door core is wood in that area with fiberglass skin.
