What type of CC body wax do you use?

Things have been getting a little quiet here, soooooo...
What type (liquid was, paste wax, or mix with water) and brand of wax do you use on the body paint? Roof? How do you apply it? Do you buff it with a electric buffer after wiping it off to a gloss, or as part of removing the wax haze? How often? Paste is a lot of work. It it worth it over a liquid was?
