Damon--Help with the Hurricane

As you can see, there seems to be some concern and discontent regarding the Hurricane Hot Water system. I thought that you could get all the hot water you could ever use when hooked up to AC. I know you have explained this to me before, but I guess I'm a slow learner.
Your assistance, including getting Jim from Hurricane to jump in on this discussion would be greatly appreciated.
