2001 Molding Cracking

I am a new subscriber and Owner of a 2001, 36 ft. Intrigue #11219.
I was wonder if any other owners of this model has had vertical cracking of the ends of the Outer Center Body Molding at the Floor line. The phone Service rep at CCI said it was only a matter of replacing the end seals.. It does not look like Replaceable Seals at the end of the molding ot me. Any comments will be greatly appreciated...
