Snow Bird Rally

I just want to thank CCI for doing some great service work at this rally. We are currently at Lazy Days getting some maintenance done but I can't say enough about the fine attitude of the tecks and staff and the amount of work that was done. We got everything we wanted corrected and some work done we did not expect. One feature of this rally I really liked was the CAT mechanics being on site and doing the valve lash, fuel injectors and Jake brake adjustment required between the first and forth oil change. It took CCI 2 hours to get my hatch out of the floor our bedroom slide and CAT 4 hours to do the work but what a treat to get it done on site. They also had many other factory reps there to fix fridges, heaters, tow bars etc.
The food at the rally was good but the lines were long and the trip to the dog track was very entertaining. They sold 4 coaches out of 225 coaches that were attending and for the first time they had a drawing for anyone who purchased a coach. Several people got $10,000 and one couple got $15,000 toward their purchase. Over all, except for the food, I'd say this was one of their better rallies. We missed seeing Bob Lee but you can sure tell things have changed since he took over. Keep up the good work CCI.
