Zipping sound when Hurricane furnace/burner shuts down

Hi folks

I have the Hurricane furnace and have just started hearing a "zipping" sound when the heater/burner shuts down, that last about one second. The noise is coming from inside the hurricane unit itself. I had the cover off and couldn't tell where it was coming from. Maybe the compressor or fuel pump? Anyone experience this issue? Thanks for any suggestions.
