Fantastic Vents

Excellence deserves to be recognized and I wanted to comment on my experience with Fantastic Vents, Inc. Several years ago, while at a rally, I spoke with a representative at the Fantastic Vents Booth and told him I was having a problem with the controls on the fans in my coach. He handed me two new controls at no charge.
My coach is now 10 years old and I have been having a problem with the gears on those same fans. I called Fantastic Vents and Bob Beratta took my address and told me he would ship me two sets. I told him they would be out of warranty by now and asked for the price. He told me that if I didn't mind, he would ship them free of charge. Now, there's a company that goes above and beyond when it comes to supporting their product. It's refreshing to see a company that stands behind their product even when it is not expected. A few days later, the parts arrived, motors, gears, the whole works along with instructions on how to install them. If I ever need a new fan, it's going to be a Fantastic Vent fan. Highly recommend.

That is the exact same experience I had with Bob and the folks at Fantastic Fan. Nice people and great service.
