Attention: Clothing Optional Country Coachers

Avalon Resort in Paw Paw, West Virginia is hosting their 13th annual Music, Arts and Crafts Festival from Friday, August 13th to Sunday, August 15th. A special appearance by Bill Danoff will be on Thursday evening, August 12th for early arrivals. The link to it is http://www.avalon-resort.info/site/Avalon%20Fest.aspx .

They are hosting at least 13 performers and/or bands this year
The cost of the festival is $140 per person. Motorhome camping is usually $35/night but I have arranged a special for $25/night. Food is extra but reasonable and good or bring your own.

There are no hookups available but there is water and a dumpsite.
The main road is closed for bridge repair this year so be very careful. I have tested the alternate route with my 40 ft Magna without problem. There is a sharp turn with a wooden bridge and the WV Dept. of Highways has told me that the bridge can withstand a 40K pound motor home.
I have attended theses festivals in the past and amazed at all the talent. Despite all the road closures and other issues, this year should be one of the best.

Those of you who do vending, there are limited vendor sites available. Around 800 people usually attend this festival.
