Electrical problem

I'm hoping someone can help with a problem. We picked up the coach after 10 days in storage, and now there is no 120 volt power inside. When I look at the Silverleaf, it shows a full 120 volt on one leg, the other is zero. Same without shore power and running the generator. I've checked all the breakers, none were tripped. The Silverleaf shows a yellow and red LEDs, and the inverter green led is lit. The inverter display shows battery voltage of 11.9 volts and no charge current.
We're currently at an rv park in Jackson, Ca. Any ideas or local service recommendations would be most appreciated.

Check your GFI outlet first. On my coach it controls half of my outlets.

Check GFI then ckt breakers on inverter mine are push button and hard to see if they have tripped so just push all in. I would also check breakers on gen. Hope you get it figured out quick.

Also reset the two MAIN breakers in the BR by flipping off, then back on.

Rich, it could be your Surgeguard. I had similiar problems and after replacing transfer switch, that is what it was, even though it had no warning indicator with the idiot lights. Smell it. Seriously. When I took mine apart, it was burned up inside. If so, replace it with a Progressive.

I had a similar problem at 3 different parks this summer, and in each case I found it to be the pedestal circuit breaker. Before you start throwing parts at your rig try different electrical pedestals.

I just got to my Bullhead house and plugged into my 30 amp. outlet. No changes have been made to the wiring that was installed and used for 6 or 7 years. A warning light on the surge protector stating caution when lit. I have everything showing 118 volts, but my tester shows reversed hot and neutral in the motorhome? I ran a extension cord to another outlet (15 amp.) in the garage and the caution light went out and the outlets check ok? Any help could a bad ground fault cause this?

Had the same problem and found it was the solenoid. My solenoid was bolted to the wall right above the inverter.
Just jump or connect the two cables bypassing the solenoid to see if that is your problem. I took the numbers off the solenoid did a web search and had one over night. Hope this helps.

Well, it turns out that the problem I was having, no voltage on one leg from shore power or generator, was that the transfer switch had failed. I spoke with the folks at OMC and the TRC factory and that was their opinion, too. I bought and installed a new one and all is well.
