Towing 03 Accord automatic

Are any of you folks towing the 03 Accord? I'm interested in knowing whether any changes in the new model (possible transmission) would change the ability to tow this car flat with the standard Honda precautions. I have towed the older model and have stopped within reasonable 200 or so miles for oiling procedures. Also careful to go from drive to neutral on the final hookup without going into reverse. Any experiences?
Of course, the dealers know nothing about it and Honda the new literature does not address the situation.

Although FMCA has not come out with their near-annual article covering towable cars as yet...The January issue of Motorhome mag. has covered those cars whose mfgs. approve of being towed AND STATE IT IN THEIR OWNER'S MANUAL. The Accord is not listed, nor was it listed in last year's article covering 2002 cars.
The only listed vehicles by Honda / Acura in the 2002 and 2003 articles as Towable are: the CRV; Element; Pilot. and the Acura MDX.
The March, 2002 article included a letter from America Honda Motors Corp. stating: "Although experience has shown that the Honda/Acura transmission and power train are capable of being motorhome towed, American Honda does not assume responsibility for any vehicle damage or liabilities incurred due to the towing device, towing vehicle, lighting hookup, or other towing equipment or towing procedures: any responsibility for those items is assumed by the owner/operator. For more information contact Honda at (800) 999 - 1009." In all cases, check the Mfg. Owners Manual for towing, if allowed, and towing procedures to follow.
