Leveling system distribution box location

Yahoo Message Number: 64557
Having leveling issues and think I have a fuse out in the HWH leveling system - located two of the fuse locations, but can't find the distribution box for the HWH system...anyone know where they may have located the front run board for the HWH leveling system on an 03 Allure 1rst Ave.??

Thanks for any input.

Mr. Peterson, Your HWH Control Box is located directly under your front dash (passenger side). You should either have Panel facing the passenger chair with 4 screws under "botton covers" or if you have a wood book case in that same area you'll have to remove it.
The Control Box is mounted to a panel on the front cap of the coach.

Thanks, Mike 03 Allure 1st Ave. #30898

You will also find a fuse in the gray box in the exterior compartment under the driver's seat.

I located the distribution box under the dash, pass side, but no fuses blown there or in the front drivers side compartment or the rear passenger side compartment fuse boxes..the coach does not go into travel mode with the HWH front control panel - but I was able to manually raise the coach to travel height and limp home. Since I can't seem to locate a blown fuse as the problem, I'm thinking maybe I have a bad valve, or two, unless someone has another sugestion of my issue with leveling the coach to travel. Any input for a possible fix is appreciated.

Mark, I suggest you call Randy at HWH and go through this issue with him. Also you may have a failed ride height valve or even the adjustment of the ride height valve came loose and dumped you down to where the HWH wouldn't show Trave Mode.

Mike - I found the repair and trouble shooting manual online at HWH for my system and down loaded it. I will go through the proceedure and see what I can find as a cause for failure to return to travel mode and I'll let you know what I find out. (Gremlins in the system I fear!!)

Thanks to all.

Thanks to all for the input-the distribution box was in fact located at the pass. side, under the dash...diagnostic help to determine the problem was found at the HWH website under the customer support & technical service area where I was able to download the troubleshooting guide and repair manual, as it is. Finally came to the conclusion that it looks like the distribution box is bad - this was confirmed with a phone call to Randy in CS who walked me through the process over the phone to be sure I didn't miss anything. They shipped next day, new box showed up in good condition, I installed same without any problems and the coach is now operating normally again. I wanted all to know the CS department at HWH was very helpful and I found working with them to be a very good overall experience. They even allowed me to return the old parts on an exchange for a 30% refund - nice folks. Be aware that the repair and troubleshooting guides are available on their website for download - if you don't have one in your file, you may want to go get one.

Thanks again for the help guys.
