Air Bags won't inflate

My 98 Intrigue has an air leak that sounds like its coming from a braided stainless steel air line coming off the engine air compressor. My mobile r.v. tech did a temporary patch and slowed the leak.
This leak has been audible for a while, so I don't think its the genesis of my current problem, which is the front air bags and right rear bag won't inflate when I start the engine( according to the low air lights on the HWH control panel. The air pressure guages build to 110 p.s.i., but air is not loading into the bags.
The tech got under the rig and said no air was coming to the front, but he can't figure why. He tapped around on the valves to see if one might be stuck, but no luck. He also said it might be the HWH controller since it didn't respond as he thought it should to a "test" that should have resulted in the lights on the panel lighting in a certain pattern and numerical sequence.
Fortunately, the coach is in my garage, but I need to address the situation.

I'll be eager to see the results to your questions. Our's is a 2007 Allure with HWH leveling. Recently we have had some similar trouble with the unit being slow to come to the "TRAVEL" model with the green indicator light coming on.
Now recollecting some thoughts, although my hearing is reduced, it did seem that I may have heard an air leak when stopped at a rest area from the rear somewhere. I just thought it might be a leveling reaction and ignored it. Now we are unable to bring it to ride height automatically and if doing so manually, it will drop the unit pretty quickly.
We were on the road, and with Butch Williams recommendation have pulled into the Rocky Mountain/Coach Care facility in Albuquerque, NM. They can't take a look at our coach until tomorrow which is costing us a full day and hopefully parts won't be a problem with more delays.. No one at HWH answered phones this AM...
