Tire Blowout Problems

I feel the tire problem with regard to RV's is well documented and the facts are well known that the manufacturers sell most units designed to the edge of the design envelope.

I have had two separate, violent, front-end blowouts (one at 75 mph and I was driving way too fast). That incident was witnessed by three Florida Agriculture Agents who were certain I was going to roll and could not figure out how I held onto it. After my second nasty front end blowout (both with Goodyear tires) I changed to Michelins and slowed to a maximum of 65 mph......... that was 6 years ago and the end of my tire problems. The handling, wear, road noise (none) and road feel are absolutely incredible. They cost more and worth every cent.
