Has anyone removed the lexan coach armor and had 3m film put on the front? What did you do about all the attachment bolts for the lexan shield?

Actually there are not as many holes drilled as some are glued on. The big money way is to fill sand and paint the front cap.
The more in the budget is getting stainless finishing washers and stainless screws which are threaded the same as the lexan hardware.
We very carefully removed the stick on ones using a hairdryer and WD-40.
The washers and screws were found at West Marine. Recently I saw lots of stainless hardware at Lowes.
After everything was installed and front cap cleaned and waxed it looked great. The stainless sort of gets lost in the size of the front end.
