Good luck to you. We purchased our CC in 2008 and had a few problems. We have never found anyone who really knew what they were doing.
A slide out problem---We were told to replace the motor when it was just a clutch adjustment. A slide out making noise--they all do that. None of the other 3 make any noise.
We ended up going to Holland in San Diego and had all the problems resolved. The one place to avoid is Wheelers (they now have changed their name) as fellow FMCA members have said they went in with one problem and came home with 6 new problems.
