basement heat

Looking for more knowledge. My 2005 Inspire has basement heat in the plumbing section I believe comes through a flex pipe from the propane furnace. It is the same type tubing that is under one of our couches only smaller. My question is...When I am using the heat pumps on the roof does heat from the pumps also go into the plumbing bay? How about when we are on the road and the heat pumps and the propane furnaces are off. Are we subject to a freeze up? Inquiring minds need to know these things.

My roof mounted heat pumps do not heat the bays; only the living areas. Remember, it is the A/C system working sort of in reverse.
Yes, you could get freezing temps in the bay if it gets cold enough outside. If you suspect that it may be that cold, then you should run your furnace. An electronic thermometer or two with a remote readout will give you warning.
