Allison Issues

After being parked for 2 months I started down the road. The first issue was that it had shifted into neutral all by itself. So I put it in gear and headed to the interstate. After getting up to speed in 6th gear it would downshift into 5th and sometimes into 4th gear. The display would show "Mode in Service" for a second or two. then it would go back to the appropriate gear for the speed I was doing. Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be happening? The Trans mission is the MD3060.
