Hi Jim. I have no experience with the product either, but as a scientist I seriously doubt the merit of their claims. Personally, I would consider it a waste of money, but that is my opinion.

I would refer you to Consumer Reports. They say devices like Easywater are ineffective.

We have a generic version of the EZ Water system installed in our stationary home in Tucson. We are quite happy with it. We can tell the difference in the water when it is on, as opposed to when it is off. It is not a water softener; it is a water conditioner. The distinction is explained in several places on the World Wide Web, if you are interested. Not something I want to go into here.
A good generic version should be available from a plumbing supply house and should cost no more than a third of the EZ Water price.
Even though we are please with the results in our home, I personally would not go through the trouble to install it on a motor home.
