Country Coach repairs

We know nothing about Ron Lee's operation at Country Coach. However, we have been to Oregon Motorcoach Center on 5 different occasions and we could not be happier. Bob Vinson has replaced the retiring Ed Reed as Service Manager and Bob and his team are first class in every respect. If a part is required, they know where to find it or if a part can not be found they will manufacture a new one. We have a 99 Affinity that we have had for over 12 years and in that span we have traveled over 90,000 miles. We believe in an annual maintenance program and Bob has supervised most of that maintenance for the past 7 years, both in the field and now at OMC.Our coach looks and performs as well as it did 12 years ago. We have had engine, hydraulic, appliance, generator, toilet, bay doors, trim repair, inverter, and audio video service / replacement work completed at Oregon Motorcoach Center. The work was completed on time, within budget, and in very comfortable surroundings. We highly recommend this first class facility and it's excellent staff. We, too, have found the service at OMC to be outstanding. Not only are we treated well when there, and end with a job well done, they have always been available for us when we have issues on the road. They have been readily available with advice over the phone, without charge. Ed Reed was very quick to connect us with a tech when we experienced house power problems at the rally in Kerrville last year and this winter Bob Vinson was quick to head us toward a Butch Williams at his service facility in Lakeland, Florida when we had pressure gauge issues while travelling in the Southeast.
Since we are not full timers, we take the coach to OMC and they call us when the work is finished. We have been dealing with OMC since the summer of 2008 and have always been satisfied. Even the pups find a trip to OMC to be a good adventure.
