Seat Belt

I am trying to buy Flexsteel Capitan Chare for 07 CC my belt has sholder harnes flexsteel has only lap belt I though that was not legal. Any one know the answer? Ed.

You can go to a flexsteel dealer (such as me) and the dealer can order replacement's with the built in shoulder harness, not sure if we still have to send the old ones back to flexsteel..... We used to have to send back the old ones but the last time I did that we didn't have to send back. Not sure if that was overlooked or forgotten or if the policy changed... Also it doesn't have to be the same model as the existing, the existing just has to have the shoulder harness.

About 10+ years ago we decided to change out our original seats, both sides, Flexsteel would not supply shoulder belts with new seats unless we sent them a "section of the floor" so they could certify the installation. We have a 1998 CC Prevost and the work was being done at another east coast bus convertor. They could not believe it and I saw the letter from Flexsteel. So we still have lap belts in our bus.

Thanks for the reply. I guess you know I will not be buying Flexsteel I will keep my original seat's Sounds A Little Odd.
