Air Bag/ Brake Question

Could a leaking air bag(suspension) cause service brake to lock-up? I know air brakes lock up when air is lost as a safety feature. Thanks -

Any air leak that that releases more air than the compressor can replace will cause the parking brake to come on when the air drops below 40#
