Electrical issue

Yahoo Message Number: 73429
Recently, without notice, my driver's side overhead lights, galley lights, under the sink light, and the gas stove would not work. By jiggling the reostat knob for the sconce lights on that side, eventually the other lights would come on. The sconce lights acted funny - there was no smooth transition turning the reostat from off to full. Now nothing makes the lights come on and the gas cooktop will not work for lack of electrical power ( yes, the propane sensor is on and working).
I tried to take the reostat switch down but it will barely budge out of the tiny space it is in - and after fooling with it even those (sconce) lights don't work at all.
Does anyone know how to bypass the sconce light switch since I suspect that is where the problem lies. I hate to travel without the cooktop and galley lights until I get to Oregon in three weeks and can get it fixed.
Thanks for your thoughts.

Tom: I have a 2006 Intrigue #12055 and had these same lights go out recently. I took it to a local rv repair shop and they had to go in and rewire behind the fuse block in the bathroom area. The fuse holder wasn't holding and they rewired through a separate fuse holder of it's own (not using the block at all). That fixed it for me. I'm sorry I can't give you a better description of what was done. I wasn't there to watch what was done so just going by what they told me.
