Why do Post go to Spam?

last few post have gone to spam on my computer. The rest of my famly use Mac, so can not help me. This computer thing is new to me . When I try to post, I click on new reply and start the message as th is the only way my old 77 year old mind knows how to do it. Will be intersted to see where this goes.
